I've used my food processor for about 8 months now and have had absolutely no problems with it at all. It's quick, powerful, and dishwasher safe. Sometimes it seems a little too big for smaller jobs (like chopping half an onion or some herbs), and it doesn't fit on the counter under my cabinets because it's too tall. But I love it!

Fast as lightening!!!!!

I bought this item thinking it would make life easier in the kitchen...and it did!!!! We like fried potatoes and onions at our house...before it was a rare treat because I hated peeling and slicing the potatoes. Since I got the chopper, all I do is put the whole potato (skin and all, after washed) in the large mouth (if the potato is too big, I cut it in half), turn on the chopper, and it does the job lightning quick. The container is large enough, that all I have to do is leave the newly sliced potatoes in it and go ahead and slice my onion into it also....take off the lid when done and dump the potatoes and onions in the pan. Clean up is a breeze. I just throw everything in the dishwasher and it comes out like brand new. One thing, when you get this item, it comes with paperwork to order a blade that makes thicker slices. For tomatoes you need this because the blade that comes with the big mouth slices tomatoes paper thin and they won't stay together when you pick them up.

LOVE IT!

I have had this for about a year now and I still LOVE it. It can handle most food without having to cut it up first! I have dropped an entire steak in it with some chili seasonings and pulsed it a few times with perfect chili meat results. It's just a bonus that it mixes the spices into the ground meat so nicely! (I have also used left over roasts without having to cut it into pieces) I make hummus all the time in it as well. Takes about 5 minutes. There are so many uses for it!

Great machine for a super price

The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Food Processor is wonderful. We are raw foodists and use this machine at least twice a day. It is easy to use, pretty quiet, doesn't walk all over the counter because of suction cup feet, easy to clean. The large mouth makes it so easy to just about anything in the processor, too. This is a very hardy machine and does a super job. It is a tall machine, so if your cabinets won't adjust it may be a problem.

Bigmouth food processor

I love my Bigmouth processor. It was the least expensive and among the largest capacity (14 cup) food processors. The only improvement I can see would to have other blades for different slice thickness and special cutters (Like French fry and Julian cutter blades)
